ISTANBUL
Arriving at Istanbul Ataturk Airport, meet your official guide and transfer
to your hotel. This evening, you will be given a briefing about the tour
followed by your dinner at a Turkish restaurant. Dinner and overnight in
Istanbul.

| Day 2 |
ISTANBUL
Istanbul, founded in 13th century BC, had been the capital of the
Roman and then the Ottoman Empire. Tour the Basilica of Hagia Sophia
built in 537 AD, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, including its Harem
where the Sultans lived for centuries. After your lunch break at Topkapi
Palace visit the Byzantine Cisterns built by Justinian the Great. In
the afternoon stroll through the Spice Market breathing in profusions
of oriental spices. In the evening, enjoy your dinner at a local fish
restaurant. Dinner and overnight in Istanbul. |

| Day 3 |
BOSPHORUS
Start your day with the joy of sailing in between Asia and Europe
on the waters of Bosphorus. After the Bosphorus cruise, visit Sadberk
Hanim Museum famed for both archaeological and ethnographical displays.
Driving over Bosphorus Bridge, reach the Asian shores of Istanbul and
visit Beylerbeyi Palace built as a summer residence for the Ottoman
Sultans. Following the sightseeing, drive to a hill-point to catch the
panoramic view of Istanbul. After your lunch break at the most famous
square of Turkey, Taksim Square, head on to the Grand Bazaar built in
15th century. Walk leisurely through its narrow alleys looking for bargains!

| Day 4 |
CAPPADOCIA
After breakfast transfer to Istanbul Ataturk Airport for your
domestic flight to Cappadocia. Reaching the core of this miraculous
volcanic region, walk up to Uchisar rock-castle and observe the panoramic
view. Carry on to Sinassos, former Greek village, for your lunch break
and a breathtaking walking tour of the village and its Byzantine churches.

| Day 5 |
CAPPADOCIA
A full-day of hiking in the volcanic region of Cappadocia! In the
morning visit the abandoned hermitage of Pasabag Valley and Goreme
Open Air Museum and see fascinating samples of Medieval frescoes in
rock-cut churches. In the afternoon tour the underground city of Özkonak.
Cappadocia is famous for its talented artists: Visit a pottery workshop
hewn into the rocks and receive an educational lecture by the local
potters. Dinner will be served at a rock-carved traditional tavern,
watching local dancers demonstrating traditional folk dances. Dinner
and overnight in Cappadocia. |

| DAY 6 |
KONYA
Leaving the region of Cappadocia, drive through the vast wheat fields of
Central Turkey to reach Konya, hometown of Whirling Dervishes. Visit the
Mausoleum of Mevlana, the founder of Sufism in Asia Minor, and the Karatay
Medrese, that still maintains its superb tile decoration. Dinner and overnight
in Konya. |

ANTALYA
Following a scenic route over Taurus Mountains, reach the shores of Mediterranean.
In the afternoon, tour the two major Roman sites of south coast of Turkey,
Aspendos and Perge. The former one is well-known for its massive theatre while
the latter will dazzle your eyes with its colossal Roman bath and its Biblical
history. Dinner and overnight in Antalya. |

GOCEK
Leaving the city of Antalya, drive over the Taurus Mountains and
get to Göcek, a cozy seaside village on the Aegean. Board your
Gulet yacht and start enjoying the turquoise colored waters of southwest
Turkey. Dinner and overnight on Gulet yacht. |

| Day 9-10 |
EKINCIK
The time spent on deck features visiting fascinating ancient ruins of
Caunos, swimming and snorkeling in the turquoise colored bays. You will feel
most accommodated by the facilities of your Gulet yacht and will taste delicious
recipes of Mediterranean cuisine. |

| Day 11 |
BODRUM
Docking at the port of Marmaris, a resort town on the Aegean, drive
over the Aegean mountains covered with pine forests and reach Bodrum, ancient
Halicarnassos. Dinner and overnight in Bodrum. |

| Day 12 |
KUSADASI
In the morning tour the Crusader Castle of St.Peter built by the Knights of St.John,
and see the Underwater Archaeology Museum. Continue to the site of Mausoleum,
one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, built in 4th century BC. After
strolling through markets of Bodrum, continue to Kusadasi by the scenic shores
of Bafa Lake. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi. |

| Day 13 |
IZMIR
After breakfast, tour the Roman City of Ephesus, visiting the Temple
of Hadrian, Celsus Library, and the Roman Theatre. Carry on to the
Archaeological Museum to see the works of art excavated from Ephesus. After
feasting at
a local restaurant for lunch, visit the House of Virgin Mary, where
she is believed to have lived and died. Leaving Ephesus, head on to Izmir
Airport for your domestic flight to Istanbul. Enjoy your farewell dinner
in a traditional Ottoman style restaurant! Dinner and overnight in Istanbul. |

TRANSFER
After breakfast, transfer to Istanbul Ataturk Airport for your homebound
